力矩電機的常用單相調壓的方法
力矩電機工作不平衡,調節性能差。然而,由于設備簡單,這種調節被廣泛應用。力矩電機有兩種常用的單相電壓調節方法:

1、調壓器(qi)接入在兩相之間。
2、調(diao)壓(ya)器接入在單相和零線之間(jian)。采(cai)用單相調(diao)節時,需(xu)要(yao)注意的是(shi)(shi)調(diao)壓(ya)器調(diao)整到一(yi)定(ding)值以下(xia)后,在一(yi)定(ding)速(su)度下(xia)會(hui)出現負力(li)矩(ju)(ju)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)調(diao)整到0V,負力(li)矩(ju)(ju)發生在整個(ge)速(su)度范圍(wei)。如果力(li)矩(ju)(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機是(shi)(shi)由紡織品或塑料制品、紙張等東(dong)西驅動的,由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)機此時有制動力(li)矩(ju)(ju),會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)不正常的張力(li)。力(li)矩(ju)(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機是(shi)(shi)由電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的軟性引起的。
力矩馬達的調節
使用(yong)調(diao)壓器的(de)常用(yong)方法如下:
1、三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)平(ping)衡調(diao)節(jie)。采用三(san)階段(duan)調(diao)節(jie)器(qi),連接成星形接入,同軸控制、調(diao)整三(san)個階段(duan)電壓同時(shi)讓它平(ping)衡,力矩(ju)馬達功能平(ping)衡狀態操作(zuo),調(diao)整范圍(wei)是廣泛的(de),效果很(hen)好,但是需(xu)要使用三(san)個相(xiang)(xiang)電壓調(diao)節(jie)器(qi),不是很(hen)經濟。
2、兩(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)調(diao)節(jie)(jie)。用兩(liang)只單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器作(zuo)U形(xing)連(lian)接,相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)軸調(diao)節(jie)(jie),例如,當調(diao)節(jie)(jie)A、C兩(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)時(shi),調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)滑(hua)(hua)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)刷a和c同時(shi)對(dui)稱滑(hua)(hua)動,也能實現(xian)平衡調(diao)節(jie)(jie)。但采用這種方法時(shi)必須注意,U形(xing)接法的(de)單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),所使用的(de)單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)應適應于電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)要(yao)求。目前生產的(de)單(dan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)一般為(wei)220V,所以(yi)不能用于普通(tong)的(de)三相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)380V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)系統,而只能用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)三相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)220V的(de)系統。
3、單相監管。單相調(diao)節(jie)僅使(shi)用單相調(diao)壓器來(lai)調(diao)節(jie)單相電壓。
